Korea?
In South Korea, there is the Juan T. Tripp, a large luxury air-liner that was retired in South Korea and converted into a restaurant. However, the restaurant never really took off, and now the plane sits wasting away. I wrote an article about it a while back. Also, there’s Okpo land, an ill-fated amusement park shut down due to safety issues not addressed until a death occurred.
As for North Korea, there is the Ryugyong hotel in Pyongyang. The giant pyramid-shaped hotel was supposed to be the tallest in the world, but it was never completed due to structural and financial problems. I’ll probably write a full article about it one day. :)
